  He will be in the phone and give 0 respect to customers and mess up your order completely. So if you have allergies with certain toppings, don't bother going here. He will have his airpod on his ears, and taking forever and give no shit about the customer. If you are the owner reading this, kindly implement at least no phone while dealing with customer rule and also teach your employees how to read. Thank you

  I had a great experience at Subway today. The restaurant was clean, my sandwich was fresh, and the service was amazing. Ravioli helped me with my order and was super friendly and patient. Really appreciated the great customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Totally waste of time coming here after doing mobile order, 21 feb 2026, 8:42 pm the girl/lady working is so rude doesn’t know to talk to someone, i asked if they have my order and the response i got is check the mobile app for the pickup time of your order it says 8:50pm, also said i have customers before you im preparing their order them, alright i understand but what was the reason of being rude, her tone and pace was telling everything i said u dont have to be rude with me, and she kept on yelling . Then she said im not preparing your order, why?? And then she have cancelled your order… why?? With whom permission??, i asked give the order either i need my money cuz on it app it doesn’t show anything, then she said i have not cancelled your order, i dont understand what is happening, made me wait 30 minutes for a mobile order which has to be processed in 10 minutes? I didnt get what and why is this? Asked her name, she refused to tell and said in subway its the personal choice of telling or not telling the name! Well doesn’t make any sence, additionally i asked if im getting my order or not, she said im calling the security on you go leave the store, why? Why should i leave with my money/food? And what about the wastage of time and the shame in fornt of others? And how about the customer service, hold my food for absolutely nothing, this thing needs to be noticed and she also said IM the manager in incharge here im, im not gonna make ur order and i dont know about the refund,,,,, well doesnt know the difference between male and female addressing me as she/her. Hell wastage of everything penny and time. Thank you SUBWAY,

  I will not recommend this place. The people who are working there is not even clean and they are not even putting vegetables and meats properly.

  The new night guy from Montreal is super he knows how to serve customers and respect them I came ere several times but new team member is good 👍
