  Staff were rude, lady at the front turned a man away claiming she had "no change" for his 50 after taking his order and making the sub. When she opened the drawer it was absolutely full of bills from 5-20. When he had left she claimed his bill was counterfeit despite never having checked it or even holding it nor stating that when he was there (the gentleman had a neck tattoo and she looked at him with disdain the moment he walked in.) then she claimed the money in the till was "for a delivery". Highly suspicious absolutely unprofessional disgusting judgemental behavior. As a local I will never be returning and will be spreading the word.

  Worst place to order food, don't order here ever I ordered from doordash at this store and they only gave me half plate veggie bowl, I order zero sugar lemonade, gave me sugared one, no cutlery, how am I supposed to eat?

  Bought a steak and cheese sub. Blew my nose into a napkin as I left the store. Clerk tells me not to do that, I reply with "I'm allowed to blow my nose". Walk back to work to eat sandwich. Take one bite and find strange hard thing in sandwich. Walk back to talk about it and maybe get refund. Come back as clerk is helping one customer. Wait for them to finish. Say "hi I was just here a little while ago" clerk immediately starts talking about the health codes imposed on her and how she can't do things like what I did. Try to explain that I'm allowed to do that because I only touch my food and no one else's and that it's different. Clerk doesn't accept my explanation. Get frustrated and try to bring up my issue. Clerk doesn't accept anything I'm talking about, barely looks at photos, asks me what it was after I say "I don't know" multiple times. I even brought the strange food thing which she refused to look at. She made a strong point that I didn't have my sandwich with me which I understand, but she also couldn't process a refund so what would bringing the sandwich in even do other than check this woman's attitude? Worst service I have ever seen in my life. Clerk had no interest in why I returned to the store and immediately indulged her earlier issue with me blowing my nose. I even tipped when I got my sandwich which was clearly a mistake. Photos attached.
