So tired of paying money for old ingredients. "Eat fresh" lol. Subway's. Quality has gone way down while the prices have gone way up. These franchise owners don't want to throw anything out so they just sell it to their customers to save a couple bucks. I'm so tired of getting stale bread that just falls apart when you touch it and flakes to pieces. Subway is definitely not worth the money anymore, especially when there's no accountability.

There app sucks !! DO NOT use there online APP it doesn't work properly! It always breaks down , doesn't ever let you redeem coupons normally I don't say anything but I decided to now after my last experiance I placed an order on the app when to pick up but the store said they didn't receive anything and wouldn't refund me or give me my sandwich it is ridiculous. 3 days later my money was returned but it was a huge inconvienance terrible. Do not use

Dev makes every sub as though it’s his last. When you go to subway, ask for Dev and you’ll always have the freshest subway experience.

Horrible service. Neel was very rude and showed no empathy at all. They had run out of crispy onions, and he said there were none in the back and that they wouldn’t get another shipment until Tuesday. While shortages can happen, he didn’t apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. When I brought it up, he kept insisting that “he did”instead of actually being accountable or understanding.
It was also during a snowstorm and we seemed to be the only customers in the store, so there was no excuse for the dismissive attitude. On top of that, the bread was very chewy, and the lettuce and cucumbers tasted frozen. Overall, a very disappointing experience in both service and food quality.
