The worker “kritica” (I’m not sure how to spell her name) was extremely unhelpful in resolving an issue I encountered with ordering online. Within customer service you are supposed to propose solutions to your customers not make the process more difficult. It was extremely frustrating when it could have been an easy fix to make the moment for the customer!!
