Twice this week I’ve had issues with the staff on the deal. Experience 1: ordered 2 foot longs and the employee rings me up at full price for both (instead of BOGO $2. When I mentioned this to her she says “we don’t give the discount unless you say it, why would we lose money automatically?” Experience 2: same order and the employee had no idea about the deal, when I showed her the sign outside, she states “sorry, don’t know about it”. It wasn’t until I asked her to call the manager that she finally called and asked. If the promo is a way for new management to bring in business, their employees should be trained accordingly.
