    I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to here. Great service all the time. I can only have the tuna sub and they take my cross contamination needs very seriously and always a very friendly experience.

    Allocation of labor is not efficoent for the place with so much foot traffic. One person takes orders and cuts bread. Another one just put protein in and both just stand witnout doing anything the rest of time. Third person is overwhelmed with putting in the rest of the toppings and wrapping them up. There need to be 2 people putting the fillings in. There were 7 open sandwiches with protein filling just laying on the counter waiting for other toppings to be put in and getting cold when I was there. Very poorly designed work stream.

    I just ordered 2 subs from here and we simply wanted honey mustard on one half of one sub and chipotle sauce on the other half but the lady making the sub picked up the honey mustard bottle twice saying they were two different sauces .. when it was all clearly the same sauce. I asked her to double check what sauce she put and the boss got involved and got angry and threw the whole sub out and yelled at the workers to make another one because we were "bad" customers and made a "complicated" order. He then began to yell at me and my aunt infront of everyone in brookefield place saying to pay and take our subs and never come back. His own employee couldn't differentiate between two sauces and he reacted very poorly and made a complete ass out of himself. If you can't handle a basic order you shouldn't own your own business that requires a basic level of customer service. Own up to your mistake and apologize for your wrong doing because in this case the customer was right .
