But some of their younger staff are lazy ie sulky look when sees customers. Or don't even come out from the back end. There's more than once where customers walked away due to no people working at the front. I would recommend spend more time training your employees or hire better ones.

If he doesn’t want to switch on the grill machine then throw it out. Every single time I visit that store, he tells me that I just turned the grill machine off 15 mins ago. Like how can he lie about this everytime. Also the vegetables aren’t fresh. They don’t cut fresh in the morning. Instead they will use whatever’s left from last night. Ridiculous. Visit at your own risk.
