- CACyliya Antony3 days ago1.0I had terrible experience with this store when I did a takeout, I order the bowl where they did not even have the rice and the beans, which they did not inform me, and when i asked for refund they said they cannot refund me. Along with that, she even made each and every ingredient in the bowl wrong, with the cheese and bell peppers and everything. I was really disappointed with act of service they have here. And its not my first time

The store was extremely busy because of a rush of students, yet Yash managed everything all by himself with a calm and professional attitude. It’s not easy to handle a crowd that size, but he kept the line moving efficiently, maintained a friendly smile, and treated every customer with respect and patience. His multitasking skills were impressive — he was preparing sandwiches quickly, handling payments, and keeping the store organized at the same time. Yash clearly cares about his work and about customer satisfaction, and that shows in the way he serves people. Employees like him deserve to be recognized

On Thursday night, I waited far too long to be served, and when I finally got my order, the sandwich was messy and poorly prepared. Then on Friday night, the staff member seemed extremely lazy and uninterested in helping me. It felt like he didn’t even want to serve me, so I walked away without ordering. This is very unprofessional. The managers really need to pay closer attention to their staff, or consider replacing employees who are unwilling to provide proper service.
