Extremely Rude and Disappointing Experience
I had a genuinely upsetting experience at this Subway location. I ordered a footlong sub and was watching as the staff prepared it. Instead of just adding the toppings properly, they spent more time trying to make sure I didn't get a full spoonful of anything. At one point, the person literally removed onions from my sub, after already placing them, just to reduce the amount.
They were also incredibly stingy with the sauces and other ingredients. When they wrapped the sub, it was done so poorly that by the time I sat down to eat, it was falling apart from the bottom. I went back politely and asked if I could have a tissue or an extra wrapper to help hold it together, and I was rudely shooed away and told not to "hold up the line" even though I had waited patiently like everyone else.
My mom later went and asked the same thing, even offering to pay for the extra wrapper if it was such a big deal. The staff were just as rude to her, and it was honestly shocking how they treated us.
Basic bedside manner was completely avoided. And what makes this even more upsetting is that this Subway is inside a hospital that treats seriously ill children. including cancer patients and those recovering from surgery. The people walking through here like the families, parents, caretakers, are often barely holding it together. Some of us are here day after day supporting loved ones through the worst moments of their lives.
There was not a single ounce of compassion or basic human decency shown by the staff. It’s disappointing on a level that’s hard to describe. When you're dealing with that much stress, grief, or exhaustion, being treated with even a little kindness can make a difference. But to be treated with such coldness and pettiness, especially in this environment, is genuinely disheartening.

Came with my wife who just gave birth, was ordering 2 different subs, employee got frustrated he coulnt multi task and make 2 subs at the same time... we told him we wanted to order the toppings one by one for each sub, he was insisting he can do both..he started rudely saying we cant waste food when, we asked to remove jalapeños from one of the 2 subs, because we forgot she cant eat spicy food after giving birth, the Indian employee started getting upset and threw the toppings rudely and mind u hes not wearing a food net around his beard either...i dont work in the food industry but im sure that's a FOOD SAFETY VIOLATION for not wearing a beard ne, finally we get to order the sub sauces separately and he messed up and put it on both subs and then rudely tells my wife make up your mind.... i got upset he was mistreating her and i went off him and it went down hill from there, profanity was used.overall their people just do what they do best.. should not be working in the food industry.. if you look at the picture you will see the very rude and unhygienic employee sarcastically smiling while using profanity at me.. they wont even let us see the manager either, even when we back with the hospital security the staff were giving excuses saying the manager wasn't available, the subway staff also mentioned he doesnt need a beard net to serve food...

They don’t accept subway coupons. What’s the point of it being a subway then? Give it a different name if it’s gonna be a generic sub shop. Also they didn’t have spinach :(
