  I had a very unpleasant experience at Subway this Saturday morning. One of the employees refused to add cheese, toast, or grill my sandwich even though I politely requested it. When I asked again about grilling, she responded rudely and even threatened to call the manager instead of trying to resolve the issue. What was most upsetting is that she threw my sandwich into the garbage right in front of me, which made me feel extremely disrespected as a customer. I have always liked Subway, but this experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior seriously and provides proper training to ensure customers are treated with respect in the future.
