    Many issues with the service here. First, there’s only one person making subs, during a lunch rush of only 10 people, it takes nearly 25 minutes to get though everyone. Second, the worker doesn’t follow through on the promises of offers in the store. There was a huge poster beside that cookies that said “free cookie with ANY sub purchase for students” then in fine print “student id required, limited time only” Nowhere, did it say, “you must order in store” I ordered my sub online for the exact same price just so I could get it earlier because of how slow it is there, and he refused to give me and my peers the offer, even though it didn’t have any exclusions listed. The worker even said “I’ll show you where it says that” then once he failed to show me since it wasn’t listed, he denied it anyway

    The sandwich maker on the weekends must not get paid well over at this location .. I see him every night picking up cigarettes of the ground and smoking them...

    I visited this store today and ordered a Cold Cut Combo, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time! The sandwich was prepared perfectly — fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and everything neatly assembled. A huge shoutout to the Sandwich Artist who prepared it. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure the sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. Great customer service and great quality! Highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🥪✨

    Every time I come to this Subway location, I leave disappointed — and today was the worst. I ordered a Bourbon Steak & Cheddar, and the employee barely put anything on my sandwich. He added very little meat, almost nothing, and the sandwich alone costs $14.99. I asked for lettuce and spinach, and again he added almost nothing — literally 3–4 pieces of spinach until I asked him please to put more. I also asked for crispy onions and regular onions, and he gave me three tiny pieces of each. When I questioned it, he said “that’s all he’s allowed to put,” which I know is not true. To make it worse, I asked for napkins and he told me, “I already gave you a napkin,” and handed me one single napkin. How is it possible that when I politely asked for two more napkins, he refused? That is extremely unfair and unprofessional. Another issue is that I literally have to buy a Footlong because every time I buy a 6-inch, it comes with even less than what a 6-inch should have. The sandwich is so empty that half of the bread has nothing inside. This is unacceptable — I am paying full price and receiving barely anything. In the end, I had to pay and leave out of necessity, but I’m honestly tired of this. I ended up paying $22 for a combo — basically for chips, bread, and a juice — because my sandwich was not even made properly. I feel like I’m paying full price for something I am not receiving, and this is not the first time it has happened. At this point, I feel like I’m being overcharged and scammed. I would like to speak with a manager, get my money refunded, or at least receive a properly made sandwich that actually reflects what I paid for. This is unacceptable service and something needs to change at this location. ⸻

    AVOID THIS LOCATION! Ordered a BLT sandwich with mayo. My sub was DRENCHED in mayo as if half the bottle was put on it. Not sure what employee thought this was suffice for an amount of sauce on a sub. Phoned there and the employee tonight at 1:20am ACCUSED me of “false-claiming” his exact words because I let him know I threw it out already and would not be able to bring it tomorrow to prove my claim. Is this photo good enough proof?
