  The service I was given tonight has been one of the worst I have even experienced.. First the Lady working would not honour the Subway coupon I tried to use….. so I still decided to purchase the subs.. Then the attitude the lady had while making my subs was next level.. literally slapping down the cheese with attitude.. not even spreading it out… then when I asked for “little “ amount of toppings, she literally put 3x the normal amount… totally unprofessional and childish behaviour… Then she half cut through each sub and I said respectfully “ can you please cut fully through my subs, I’m the only customer in here. You don’t need to rush “ she refused!!!!! Saying she already cut them!!!! Wow!!!!! The owner needs to do something.. The owner needs to respond to my review and honour the Buy 2 Footlongs get the 3rd Free deal!!!! I know you through being a loyal customer at your multiple Restaurants… I will mention your other Subway location if you don’t correct this .. I will hold off calling head office out of previous great customer service… But today was unacceptable!!!!!! Photo bellow is my “cut” subs… Tuna on left.. Meatball on right!!!!

  Absolute horrific of an experience worse staff I’ve encountered ordered 2 times both times I was refused the order and asked to order again didn’t give me the order wrong order was given to me and overall a horrible experience never in my life have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism I would give 0 stat if i could unfortunately I cannot I am Never going there ever again

  I placed an online order for two sandwiches, and the estimated preparation time was 25 minutes. I arrived slightly before the scheduled pickup time, only to find that my order hadn’t even been started yet. When I tried to sort things out, the staff was unhelpful and difficult to work with. Although I couldn’t access the phone number confirmation on my account, I had the order number and the order confirmation screen open in the app I used to place the order. Despite this, the situation wasn’t handled professionally. Online ordering is supposed to be convenient and save time, but this experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I hope the management takes steps to improve their process and customer service.
