    I recently visited this location with my service dog and had a very disappointing experience. An employee began yelling at me, saying that dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. I calmly explained that my dog is a service animal, as permitted by law. Despite this, I was still refused service. I was also told that my service dog was not allowed to accompany me to the bathroom, which is not correct and goes against accessibility guidelines. I was made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed during this visit. This situation could have been handled much more respectfully and professionally. I hope management provides better training to staff on service animal policies and customer service so this does not happen to anyone else.

    This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at any Subway. The employee Parth was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional from the start. He began making the sub without asking a single question or showing even basic courtesy. No greeting, no confirmation — just attitude. We started eating around 9:50 PM, and we were NEVER informed that the store was closing at 10 PM. Then at 9:55 PM, Parth suddenly started shouting at us to hurry up and leave because they were closing. This is unacceptable and humiliating behavior toward paying customers. What makes this even more disgusting is that my father was visiting from India, and this was his experience as a guest in Canada. He felt insulted, uncomfortable, and disrespected, which was extremely embarrassing for us as a family. Treating customers — especially elders — in this manner is shameful. If the store was about to close, we should have been clearly and politely informed in advance, not yelled at like we were doing something wrong. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of training, professionalism, and respect. Subway management seriously needs to take strict action against this kind of conduct. Until then, I strongly warn people to stay away from this location. Absolutely unacceptable.

    I order ahead of time to avoid any delays. When my husband came in to pick up the order the order wasn't prepared and is not ready .they said the order wasn't made.how come?? Who is the lady that I spoke on sunday afternoon around 4pm .this place is unorganized. They didn't even put the cookies in the box .they just put it on the paper bag.

    I work near by doing construction . I came in more than once to pick up my sandwiches and asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands and the cashier said " it's not working " . Please tell me how am I supposed to eat a sub without washing my hands? Do you guys provide gloves ?
