The staff member who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. He appeared uninterested in taking my order and behaved as if he was doing me a favor by making the sandwich. When I politely asked for a simple customization, he responded dismissively and said he didn’t know, which was confusing and unhelpful. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience showed zero customer service, and it left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue, as this is not how customers should be treated.
