We got there and told them that we’re going to order online so we can use our online coupon. The man behind us came in and we were still standing at the counter, and they started taking the man’s order and ignored ours. We waited at least 15 minutes after the order was placed before getting our sandwich. One sub is not meant to take more than a few minutes. Completely disrespectful; not kid friendly. No where did it say that walk in customers get priority nor that if we were there IN PERSON and just ordered online that our order would be ignored.
