  These guys make good subs, but the reason for my one star is that they have closed anywhere from 40 mins to an hour earlier than it says. They have the sign saying they close at 10 pm on a Sunday, I came around 9:15 to find the doors locked and no employees inside. They need to change their hours if their hours on Google and in front of the store are wrong!!! UPDATE: I ended up going to the Subway on Esplanade, and on my way back home,passed the richmond location. A woman approached me and told me she saw me trying to get in earlier...She said she saw the employee turn the lights off and leave the store at 9:50...So in the end the employee just hid in the back or where ever, locked the doors and ignored my knocks and phone call about 45 minutes before they were about to close...Fantastic, never going to this location again!

  It's a sub shop so check your expectations. The staff are friendly and the food is good. I like subs in general because, if you're attentive, there are good meal choices to be had. Subway is always clean and the service is generally quite good. Also quick.
