Ordered a veggie patty which was uncooked, naturally asked for a refund didn’t trust it would be right the other time. The person over the counter had to get a refund approved from the manager Imtiaz, who was hard to reach for after trying for 10 times in the 40 minutes I waited. The server gave me his contact details, reached out to him for the refund haven’t heard back from a week. This is as close to theft by a restaurant as it could be. Edit: After writing a review got an abusive revert from the owner Imtiaz.
