- JJJennaOct 30, 20251.0I ordered through the Subway app and had already paid. When I arrived, the staff told me they didn’t have any soup. I asked for a refund—either back to my card or cash. The employee only refunded the soup price without tax, and when I asked about it, he argued with me for a long time instead of fixing it. Then he said if I wanted the tax back, I’d have to return my sandwich and cancel the whole order. I wasted more than 10 minutes waiting for my “online order” just to be treated like this. The staff even warned me not to order soup next time because “we don’t have soup.” Very unprofessional and rude.
