Absolutely outstanding experience at Prince Street Pizza!
From the moment I walked in, the energy, service, and quality were top-tier. The pizza was perfectly balanced — crispy base, rich sauce, and generous toppings. You can tell they don’t compromise on standards.
A special appreciation to General Manager Shadman Rijvee for leading such a professional and customer-focused team. His attention to detail, hospitality, and commitment to excellence truly elevate the entire experience. Leadership like this makes a real difference.
If you’re looking for authentic flavor, consistency, and great service — this is the place.
Highly recommended. Will definitely be back!

Worst customer service experience ever. Sunday evening guy on cash and serving. Doesn’t even know basic about working in a food industry. Being disrespectful to the customer and even abusing and when I asked to call the manager he told he’s the manager. If he’s the manager of this store, I doubt on the capability of the person selecting him as a manager. I’m a resident in the same building your store is I’ll make sure this guy will learn his lesson soon. If you guys keep this kind of customer service, I’m sure you guys won’t last for long in this particular location.

Prince St Pizza, tastes just the way I remember it when I was in NYC last Summer, so I'm super happy to see it here. However there is ONE tiny sanitary issue with the service where I would give it a full 5 star:
Why are employees handling food with the same gloves they use to check out customer and handling cash then not removing the gloves and replacing them with new ones? That is not sanitary and handling the pizza with their hands with the same glove is actually not clean at all.
Please enfore this and I will give it back a 5-star.

Overall, I would definitely return here. The pizza is excellent and there’s plenty of options to choose from. I’m a really big fan of their rosé sauce! They’re a bit on the pricier end, but I think it is well worth it if you want something nicer than Domino’s or Pizza Pizza. During lunch hour and between 5-6 the place is packed and can feel a bit hectic. You can tell the workers are stressed. There’s no place to sit down/dine in, and the shop is small and cramped. They have tables and chairs outside, but it’s far too cold to use them during the winter and it’s not in a quiet area. If you’re coming here for pizza and plan to eat elsewhere, definitely drop by! But this is not somewhere you can chill and eat with friends.

I don’t get the insane hype for this place. It’s not bad, but it’s not worth waiting in a 40-minute line. We did takeout and tried the Spicy Spring, which was okay. I felt the pepperoni pieces got hard because it was overcooked to death.
Then we had the Spicy Vodka, and this was awesome—absolutely awesome. We also tried the mozzarella sticks, and these were some of the worst I’ve ever had. We got a chocolate chip cookie as well, which wasn’t bad; it was a run-of-the-mill cookie, but my gosh, 5 CAD for it is insane.
Overall, the price does not equate to the food. The crust is not bad but a little dry. I’d rate it basically a 3.7 out of 5, but had to settle for a 3 because they don’t let you use decimal points.
