The first time they didn't have french onion soup and i had ordered the french dipper which comes with the soup and a second french onion soup, they offered to replace my soup which i did and honestly I didn't like the secondary option. This time I ordered the chili and woah ! Magically again they don't have what i ordered. This time I decided to refund the chili but all of a sudden there is a system error that somehow is causing an issue with my refund, which leads to more prompting to replace my soup instead of simply refunding. Also! The picture advertised for the bread bowl has chili in it!!! How don't you have chili!?? You took my money immediately, refund me immediately and stop with the run arounds. Also if a large part of your menu is soups have the soups while the business is in operation. I understand when people say customer service is dead!!
