She's nice, she really is but she's not good at this job. This is my 3rd time here this week abd every time I order she asks "Do you want toppings?" Like, who DOESN'T want toppings?!?! I asked for it grilled the first day this week and she forgot or didn't hear me, so when I opened it after having already left, I saw it was not grilled. 2nd time, same issue but I caught her before she wrapped it and told her again "Grilled please." Today my friend and I both asked for our subs grilled and she proceeded to wrap them without grilling so I had to repeat to her again that they are to be grilled. She sighed like I was just telling her last minute or something. She makes me not want to even come back here. Sorry.
