On said date, I returned with THREE bad sandwiches and asked for a refund or an exchange... The management was dismissive and refused to honor even an exchange. I had to travel all the way to the McDonald's at Bathurst and Dundas to ask another manager to give me the number to the district manager to file an official complaint. Instead, the acting manager Hezron just honored my refund despite not having been from his store. So, five stars for service for this Mcdonald's, and I will surely return to this location sooner than the Liberty Village location... Conclusion: Liberty Village MacDonald's = BAD (food and service CONSISTENTLY: I will never return) Bathurst and Dundas = GOOD. Thank you Hezron the acting manager for simplifying my day and holding up to McDonald's great customer service standards that I've always known. I will return to your location and never again to the location at Liberty Village. Your food taste's as bad as your service and it all makes sense why: The management is all around horrible (this is not my first time there.) Replace the management: They give Mcdonald's a bad name. BTW I had the receipt, the food and constructive feedback and they still ignored me!) The food is bad - it is clear to me - because the management just doesn't care. This location has permanently lost my faith.
