    It was my first day at Osmow’s, and Jashneek was extremely helpful. She guided me in choosing the bowl and explained everything very clearly. Her friendly attitude and patience made my experience much easier and more comfortable. Great customer service!

    Terrible customer service. The woman calling out orders was shouting my number so rudely, and when I rushed over, my order wasn’t even complete. no gravy, no straw. Why rush me just to hand over food that isn’t even ready.

    I go to McDonald’s once a year to have a McFlurry- Jamaican cashier NANA made the experience so unenjoyable it’s crazy She should spend less time mocking the customers orders with her colleagues and more time understanding basic English directive so she doesn’t fumble the order I have a bunch of other colorful words re my experience, but Google will block my review

    They gave me the wrong bang and forgot a drink. Instead of 10 nuggets I got a cheeseburger which is a lot cheaper
