The way she spoke was extremely rude, disrespectful, and far from professional. She clearly does not know how to communicate with customers, which created a very uncomfortable and tense environment. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly believe this staff member needs immediate warning and proper training in customer communication.

In fact, it was probably from a small fry with the amount the "medium" one had.
