    Complaint regarding the conditions and customer service at your McDonald’s location. Over the past several visits, I have experienced multiple issues that have become increasingly concerning. First, the staff’s abrupt attitude and the frequent errors with orders have made visits frustrating. However, the situation has escalated beyond customer service. There has been a regular presence of homeless individuals inside the restaurant, leaving personal belongings against windows or on tables. The washrooms are being used for personal cleaning, resulting in unsanitary conditions. While I fully support compassion and community assistance, the current environment has become unacceptable for a family-friendly establishment. Many parents with small children now choose to take their meals to their vehicles instead of eating inside due to these conditions. This speaks volumes about how uncomfortable the dining area has become. When I contacted the store to address these issues, the individual who identified herself as the manager (name sounded like “Shasi”) responded dismissively. The moment I mentioned my concerns, she abruptly said, “We will do something,” and immediately hung up the phone. This was extremely unprofessional and only added to my frustration. Given the seriousness of these issues, I felt it necessary to escalate my concerns to McDonald’s head office in hopes that appropriate action will be taken. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that steps be implemented to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers. Next time I will be taking photos and posting those.

    Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I placed an order inside at the kiosk, and it took almost 20 minutes for them to prepare it—this was only an order for two people. When I got home, I realized they hadn’t included my Big Mac, so I had to drive back, and by then all my food was cold. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told none were available. I explained the issue to an employee, and she responded with “that’s it?”, completely dismissing the situation. I finally received the missing Big Mac and went home again, only to find that the two Chicken Bacon Ranch poutines had no chicken in them. At that point, I refused to go back a third time. This McDonald’s is a complete joke.

    Extremely disappointing experience — and this is not the first time. I have had multiple issues at this McDonald’s, including missing burgers and incomplete orders on several different visits. This time was the worst. The self-order kiosk was not working; I tried several times and kept getting an error. Despite the system saying “error,” my card was charged three times, and I still have not received any refund. When I asked for help, both the staff and the manager did absolutely nothing to fix the situation. They simply “wrote down” my complaint without offering any real support, no refund, no accountability. It is unacceptable for such a busy location to have constant mistakes, missing items, poor service, and payment errors that they do not resolve. I can no longer trust this location. Major improvements in service and management are urgently needed.

    Really liked the atmosphere of the place, especially at night, not too noisy ND very chill. Enjoyed each and every thing about it. The staff is super friendly and well trained. Food is good but I can be a little bit better. I was cold when I got my order but not that much. Overall experience was really good and really worth it, will definitely recommend this location.
