The facility itself is clean, modern, and definitely carries that busy, fast-moving downtown vibe. You can tell this location gets a lot of traffic, and in terms of layout and space, it works well. However, the service experience was really two sides of the coin. On one hand, some of the staff were genuinely pleasant, polite, and professional. They handled customers with a smile and did their best to keep things moving. On the other hand, there were a few team members who seemed completely disengaged. My order was marked as delivered on the screens even though it was just sitting there untouched. I stood waiting for over eight minutes while the staff were chit-chatting or checking something in the back, with zero urgency or attention to the queue. By the time I finally received my meal, the burger wasn’t warm and felt stale — which is disappointing, especially at a place that’s supposed to be consistent. It honestly felt like some employees were cutting corners or just not caring, and it reflects poorly on the management team. Overall, not a spot I’d recommend unless you really have no other option in the area. Unfortunately, this was the case for me today, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

It's expensive and the service is terrible. I won't be setting foot near that place again.
