I am 53 years old and have eaten too much McDonald’s in my life. And to say this, after more visits than I can count over the years and to have this distinction takes a lot of hard work. This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever encountered. Consistently, being in my area, it has the rudest staff and the most dangerous procedures with their drive thru. The corporation cares about shoving people like cattle through the very tight two lane drive thru and then. Tell you are told to pull into a very busy parking lot when there are no spaces available. Even seeing that they instruct you to pull forward and just wait to the side ? What side? lol there is no where to go. Why should I be put into danger or have my car be hit by another vehicle so you can meet your clock timer in the drive thru. So the corporation is horrible and the staff members take it out on you the customer. After they angrily toss your food at you and get disgusted with you for asking for ketchup, they then argue with you more, as if you are doing something wrong, which then causes other cars behind you to honk at you, when all you want is the food you paid for.The food quality is bad, even for McDonald’s, after all the extra time having to haggle to get what I paid for already. Cold coffee and cold food. Never fresh even though they are always busy for breakfast and lunch. Forget complaining. I just received a useless text message when I asked for a call back. The text message was just useless corporate speak that does not address anything I wanted to discuss over the phone. Conveniently, even though the survey said a follow up call celiac come, in the text, I am told that the representative cannot call me lol. However the rep can text my private number lol. Okay. Please speak with your wallet. Do not go to this McDonald’s at all. I am not anymore. This corporation not restaurant dies everything but serve the customer. Sound familiar lately as every corporation just looks at profit margins alone. And maximizing profits to half pennies. Restaurants cannot serve people well at all when that is the focus. Speak with your wallet. Trust a man who even continued to eat there with type 2 diabetes. My choice I know. Or is it something my fault? Mostly yes. At the same time, with all the addictive chemicals, refined sugars, locations everywhere, and selling nostalgia, and a loving lifestyle, understand it is all about everyone but the customer. Have a great Valentine’s Day and sincerely love life, love yourself! And please trust my wisdom, learn from my mistakes, leave McDonald’s in your car mirror and eat well. You will be happy and healthy. This is my heart felt message to others. It is passionate because this final straw yesterday on Friday the 13th 2026 made me understand how from happy meals as a kid to the present, how I was used for commerce, without any regard for the customer. The human being. And in top of that to be treated like sone annoying bother on top of that ? To be treated like crap? Time to break the cycle. Thank you for the horrid customer service to help me move on from emotional food connections and refined sugar creations all created in food labs and marketing companies. Folks go to your grocery store, but some extra lean ground beef, cook it, wrap it in lettuce or a healthy bread, and you will enjoy your food alone or with friends and family on family day weekend and cherish your body and life. Thank you.

While I normally don't have issues with fast food places, the general service at this MacDonalds location is hit or miss. Some days the staff are on the ball and everything is great, some days it feels like everyone is confused getting orders wrong and staff seem distracted.

I took a meal but while getting my order, I saw the offer on chicken nuggets so I told the staff employee already bought the meal without the nuggets. Can you add the chicken nugget offer and then she said no problem I will and she was very kind, good staff.

Absolutely terrible service. We ordered the new Double Cheesy burger at the drive-thru, but were given a regular double cheeseburger instead. When we pointed this out, the administrator was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing and simply fixing the mistake, she started blaming us, saying we didn’t say the word “melt” when ordering. This is ridiculous. Any competent employee can clearly hear and understand the difference between “Double Cheesy” and “Double Cheeseburger” — they don’t even sound the same. A professional response would have been to apologize to the customer and remake the burger. Instead, she stood there arguing and trying to prove that we were wrong. This was an awful experience. Minus a million stars for this kind of service. McDonald’s, do you even care about your restaurant and your staff? Because it really didn’t feel like it.
