I ordered at the drive thru and was asked to wait curbside for two sandwich combos. I waited over 20 minutes and saw multiple people walk in, order in store and leave before getting my order. Also received smaller sized fries than ordered. Do not use the drive thru here

I have recently moved to this neighborhood and started using this location. I have a standard breakfast, everyday 365...large coffee dbl dbl and a fruit and fiber muffin heated for 10 seconds. That simple!
I use only the drive through. To this day and it has been approximately 3 weeks, everytime the order is wrong. Huge mixup in muffins, everything but the fruit and fiber, and only once they got it right but forgot to heat it. Similar issues with Coffee, it's either black and no sugar or no cream but three sugars. Never what you order. Recently, I have asked at the pick up point if my order is correct and I am told with a smirk, yes it is. As there is a constant push of cars from behind I have to take their word, only to find out once I am on the 401 that it is wrong.
Is there an issue at the order wicket, i.e. wind deflection etc? Does staff need hearing aid? Those head phones look like they are for show. Do they actually work? Has anyone inspected them?
It shows the tardiness of staff who are making a mockery of the Management, by just giving them lip service.
There is a serious communication issue at this location and shows that the location is poorly managed.
Is anyone sharing the reviews in the staff meetings? The other reviews for this location are poor and the rating below par.I spend $1241/per year on this breakfast.

Это было просто ужасно! Грязь повсюду! Грязные столы, грязные полы, грязные туалеты и умывальники! Ждать пришлось очень долго и при этом вместо спрайта нам налили воду. Небыло картошки с сыром (путин) и им пришлось вернуть нам деньги за товар который мы заплатили! Больше никогда не прийду сюда снова!

I recently had multiple disappointing experience at this location. It used to be doing great, but lately, the customer service and food quality have taken a nosedive.
For instance, the bun was stale, and the lettuce inside was yellow. My junior chicken was so bad that I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it out. This is the third time this month that I’ve had a negative experience, so I’m writing this review to let management know that they need to step up their game and focus on improving the food quality.

I ordered my lunch today through Uber Eats. When I received it EVERYTHING was ICE COLD, the chicken nuggets were stale looking and the middle was still semi frozen, and The burger meat was colder then the lettuce on the bun. Legally this food was not suppose to leave the restaurant based on the temperature of it. When I contacted the store the manager at that hour said it was the Uber drivers fault that he had multiple deliveries... WRONG I was his first stop, less than a 10 minute drive to be exact. Then I reported it to customer service. Some Guest relations rep named Angela sends me a text message blaming the third party carrier (Uber) and says all their food is made fresh. LMAO ya freshly defrosted.
Its disgusting how these representatives blame other people for their own incompetence and mistakes. I am sorry but unless that uber driver has a freezer in his vehicle to make my food that cold in less than 10 mins, the cold and under legal temperature food served was at the fault of this location and the management team on hand. TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR SERVING COLD STALE FOOD and stop blaming others. DISGUSTING
