After having been a customer of this location's for the past 18+ months, these past 10 days have been the most notable for me:
1) No matter which day or what time I have been ordering (usually between 2 pm to 2:30 pm), my fries came out freshly fried and crispy.
2) The various sandwiches were consistently well prepared and presented and packed.
3) The various sized beverages have not shortchanged me by emulating wine glasses in bars by leaving excessive space at the top of the cup "to help prevent spilling" (pretty sure the lids serve that purpose). My beverages were properly filled to just below the rim.
4) My number has been called out each time, enabling me to identify which order is mine without me investigating multiples of other people's meals/bags. (I am legally recognised and partially blind/visually impaired) One time my order was just sitting on the counter and I had not realised it when I arrived, because it was ready before I arrived. I literally waited almost 15 minutes before someone behind the counter complained that "Order number #### still hadn't picked up yet.". I recognised the number and walked up to the bag and beverages on the counter and put my face right up to the receipt and confirmed it was mine. I did not complain to anyone. I just retrieved my order and returned to work and ate my then No Longer Warm meal and Watered Down beverage. Fortunately, my next few visits got progressively better and I stopped being haunted by the memory of Counter Seated Bags/Orders
Whatever the reason(s) for my Mobile Orders being Spot On and very enjoyable recently, I thank Management and the Service Team for having had something to do with my increased Happiness. I used to order every 3 to 5 days. If things were not too great, I would order once every week or two. Recently, I have been ordering every day (workweek, not weekends). I am grateful for the increased level of production quality and Customer Service and consideration and kindness. Looking forward to my next meals!!
