    I was yelling from a lady name ( Karen ) so she says. While I was using the washroom suddenly the door was hiten very hort and yelling on get out or I call the police our store is closed

    I had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s on February 6, 2026 at 10:39 AM in the drive-thru. While placing my order, I noticed on the screen that there was an extra charge that I didn’t ask for. When I got to the first window, I told the employee that the order taker added something by mistake. He made it seem like it was fixed, but nothing was actually corrected. At the second window, I asked for my receipt and saw that the extra charge was still there. On top of that, my sandwich was made poorly and not how it should have been prepared. So not only was I overcharged, but the food quality was also disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but I gave them the chance to correct it before I paid, and it was ignored. I expect better attention to orders and customer concerns, especially when we’re paying for food. Hopefully management will speak with the crew members who were working at that time so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location on February 10 around 7:15 AM. The drive-thru staff and manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. We went to order coffee and could barely hear the employee through the speaker because the volume on their end was very low. We were speaking loudly almost yelling just so they could hear us yet the employee kept raising their voice and complaining that we weren’t speaking up. The issue was clearly with their equipment not us. To make things worse the manager was also rude when we got to the window and said we weren’t speaking properly which was confusing and frustrating since we had been trying very hard to be heard the entire time. It felt disrespectful and unnecessary especially first thing in the morning. Our order was also wrong. We asked for a green tea double-double and were given a plain green tea instead. This entire interaction ruined our morning. Based on other reviews customer service at this location seems to be an ongoing problem. Staff and management need proper training on how to communicate respectfully with customers and how to handle drive-thru situations professionally. Management should also check the headsets and audio system as they are clearly not working properly. Please review who was working at that time and address this. This level of service is not acceptable.

    I stopped by during the lunch rush and was pretty impressed with how fast the crew was moving. I used the kiosk to avoid the line, and my bag was on the counter in under five minutes

    Had the WORST customer service EVER at this location. The cashier allowed us to order milk shakes with our order and failed to tell me that their machine is not working. The manager comes over and offers me extra food?? I asked for the $2.90 refund, and she proceeded to walk away and make a disgusting comment to other staff members and they proceeded to laugh because I didnt want extra food. When I opened my burger I could see that it was THROWN into the bag and fell out as I was opening the container. It fell apart in the bag and I was very upset my then. The icing on the cake was when I went inside to use the washroom to wash the sauce of my hands only to find the restroom "OUT OF ORDER"!!! This is McDonald's...not some little no name establishment. I paid $33.90 for two combos and left feeling upset, cheated, laughed at and hungry!! They need some quality control in this place!!!!!!
