Came at 6:20pm on a Saturday. They have 7pm posted as the closing time on Google Maps and on the store. We had to knock on the door to get the employees attention. Then he came and turned us away. Even as we pointed out it was posted that they are open until 7.
Mind you the store lights were completely on and the open sign was visible too.
The employee stated that the store hours were just not updated yet. You would think it would at least be updated on Google Maps…
Overall very disappointed because I’ve been looking forward to some Lindors all week.

I came here with my kids, this location has everything in stock but my only complaint and why the two stars cause while shopping instead of helping customers employees are having open conversations about if he should be a cop or a lawyer

I have been shopping at the Queensway outlet like forever. I understand that people could be stealing chocolates but the employees should have some sense of whom to watch. They stand around pretending to arrange chocolates. Imagine shopping with people watching you!!! It's creepy and demeaning- both. The Queensway outlet's service has deteriorated. One of the employees behind the counter - looked like she was in charge- grunted 'do you need help' when I was standing in front of the counter with a bag of chocolates! Yeah - some help would be great. Why else would I be there??? This happened today and last week when I shopped there. Both the Brampton outlet and the Eaton Centre store employees are terrific. Shame on the Queensway employees and their attitudes. It might not matter much to the store but I dont think I will be shopping there again.
