Looks like its been sitting for couple of hours. The poutine gravy was sitting on the top, very thik didnt even feel like eating just by looking at it.

It's very disappointing how management treats customers nowadays. I'll be reporting to CPO.

He got my online order wrong and when I went back to correct it he refused until he checked the receipt again. 0 courtesy and 0 customer service, if he doesn’t like working there then he should just quit. KFC needs to fix the employees attitude!
