  It is unacceptable that a manager, Rahul, insults customers (calling them "dumb"), becomes argumentative, and yells at customers. Rather than recognizing an ordering system issue is the responsibility of the company, he mistakenly treats system failures as a personal affront, choosing to lash out & verbally insult customers over issues that are the company’s responsibility. It demonstrates a severe lack of the composure and professionalism required for a leadership role. Rahul claimed no one had called, despite my four attempts as directed by the site/app for support issues. When I called on speakerphone in front of him, the phone did not ring & he stated it wasn't working... I suspect it may have been turned off intentionally to avoid calls. No one response to reviews on for this location clearly the franchise doesn't care.

  Thursday, January 15, 2026, they just closed an hour early. It says they work until 12:00, but they closed at 10:40. They should be fired for that.

  Will never go back. In the middle of a snow storm found mold on my food and was told to drive back..Smh

  I really love this place. Every time I come I always have a chat and laugh with the big boss at the back. The chicken and fries and delicious and i love the hot sauce. I go often to my friends and get a nice lunch.

  Very bad food quality. Just ordered poutinge and zinger. I understand it was almost closing time for you guys, i dont expect it to be just made qnd all but really appreciate if the food was at least edible. The zinger is chewy and hard to bite. Looks like its been sitting for couple of hours. The poutine gravy was sitting on the top, very thik didnt even feel like eating just by looking at it.
