  This is a horrible place with horrible chicken quality. They gave us old stinky fried chicken. We ordered the 10pc bucket and felt like we inserted. Bag of garbage inside our stomach. You guys should be sued and taken down for such horrible quality of chicken. I don’t recommend anyone to order from them ever.

  I went there and bought food and saw the new festive drink and purchased at kiosk since at cash they put up a sign go order at kiosk. I got my food just to find out that they don’t have the festive drinks available and I asked for a refund and they didn’t give me one but gave me a bottled 7up. I didn’t want it, I wanted a refund and I think the manager or whoever it was working on the sandwiches spoke over the lady I was speaking to and said to just give me a bottled drink. I asked if it was the price equivalency or not and she said yes with uncertainty. Man, I work at fast food too. People who order at kiosk, I know there is a long process for refund but do you’re best to provide that option, either through a store discounted item or just simply by paying me back by cash. Such bad customer service. No wonder there’s hardly anyone in the store nowadays. Very shameful for such a big company.

  This place is always out of everything! I used to order zinger combo from this store and likes to get it apple juice but they are always out of apple juice not even for a day It felt like a whole month. And today I ordered a 4 piece hot n spicy and ended up not getting it because its out for the whole day probably for the whole holidays aswell and when I tried to refund it because Im so disapppointed they tell me they cant because I ordered In kiosk and I didnt see anything thats says no refund or return. If its not available just mark it as sold out in kiosk and online so your customer knows instead of making us feel like its our fault that you are out of it. This store is giving me "Dont comeback" vibes now watch how any bad review and none from managers or owners even try to respond I feel like they know they are coming short but they just dont care!

  This location not only doesn’t pick up their support like but they don’t complete orders make through the kfc app. I ordered and waited for 2 hours with no response while customer service at KFC told me all I could do was contact the store and ask for my order to be cancelled. How can I if they actively don’t pick up their phone during work hours. I placed the order at 5:45 pm
