  I usually love KFC, but this location was a big disappointment. Everything we ordered was soggy, and the drink fountain either didn’t work or only gave watered-down soda. Really not the experience I expect from KFC.

  I visited KFC at 2500 Danforth Ave and ordered a Big Crunch sandwich meal with BBQ dipping sauce. When I opened the sauce, it had a very strong rotten smell and visible fungus inside. It was extremely unpleasant and I almost vomited. I went back to the counter immediately to inform the staff. Instead of apologizing for serving spoiled food, the employee simply gave me another dipping sauce and spoke very rudely, without acknowledging the seriousness of the issue. Food safety should be a top priority. Serving spoiled sauce is unacceptable and can seriously affect customers’ health. I’m very disappointed with both the quality control and the customer service at this location. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper food safety standards are followed.

  I see there’s so many negative comments but here’s my experience i received my order within 8 minutes of ordering. Food was good and staff was friendly but the men’s washroom was out of service so the staff assisted me to use the women washroom as it was only one available at the moment.

  The food is absolutely terrible. Ate here once and never going to come back. Got some pieces of fried chicken and fries. The chicken was dry and the crust soggy and oily. The fries were limp and cold. When I was there it was a bit busy so I think they were making a fresh batches to keep up with the orders but my food tasted as if it'd been sitting out for over 30 minutes. I'm not snobbish about fast food but this was really bad. I don't regularly eat at KFC so I don't know if this specific location has quality control issues or if all KFC's are like this. A friend of mine ate at this location on a different day and also agreed the food was horrible and a waste of money. Don't eat here. You'll be wasting your money.
