If a group of students are causing trouble refuse service to them instead of everyone! I spent time out of my day to come down and eat for my lunch break and was refused service because of some children. Terrible service and disgusting behavior! Staff do better.

I respected her by waiting but it got to a point where I had to call her multiple times. She didn’t even bother to look up at me. I waited at least 10 before leaving the store going somewhere else. Customer service was absolutely horrible I don’t know where employers hire these type of people or even make the shifts because why is there only one person working at a fast food restaurant? Absolute mess.

She told me she won’t take the order unless I do the order online? She threw the order at me and told me to leave and swished me off with her hands. I asked for salt and pepper she said no. I live on the same street as the KFC but from now on I’ll drive to a different location. I’m so upset I’m shaking from anger she is so heartless…
