I picked up my order reached home and open the bag and it finally compell me to complaint here.. My order was all messed up Onion rings were not fried properly and also were torn, all box was leaking oil and worst part was the POUTINE. It was literally frozen gravy in the poutine.. I tried to contact the store nobody pick up the phone its not acceptable I have attached pictures for proof..... 1 item is ok but My whole order is destroyed. I lost money on this entire order.... Disappointing.......I am giving 3stars considering the previous orders thats it according to this order nothing only zero.

Once my order is called, only then am I told that no side salads are available. No macaroni, potatoe, coleslaw, etc nothing. I understand that it's a deal day but this location was not prepared at all, very disappointed!

It should not take an hour to get wrong order, another customer complaint. It should not take 40 mins inl line to place a order, and they should not have at least 10 people waiting to get their order or uber/skip etc...Ridiculous. Left without ordering, never go to this location. Prior owners and staff are greatly missed!
