The staff here were extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no courtesy, no willingness to help, and their attitude made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. Basic customer service standards were completely missing. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they seriously improve their staff training and professionalism.”or I would say change the staff

If you're looking for "fast" food, you're in the wrong place. My simple order took over 20 minutes. The counter is PACKED with food delivery drivers budding in, all trying to get attention from the servers at once. It's like walking into a third world country. You'll have to push through them to get your food as there's no separate line for them. The prices are high and the food is bad. KFC even started to cut their thighs in half and count each half as "one piece". Luckily Popeyes and Church's Chicken haven't followed suit. They stop serving certain items hours before closing. This place is the epitome of modern "fast food". High price, low quality, long wait. You're better off going to a normal restaurant where you'll be served faster with better food.

Stopped in on my way back to the hotel; just wanted a quick nibble, nothing too big. Server was super friendly and the process was 'fast', as fast food should be. Atmosphere was rated low because it's situated in a food court, and I visited at 10:30pm; the food was great, which is more important. Way better experience than visiting the franchise in my hometown and country!! Well done College Park KFC

KFC is officially cutting up their pieces to save money. They still charge you the same full prices on their meals. They are scamming the consumer. Other brands like Popeyes and Churches still value their customers. I had order a three piece meal of a leg and two thighs for approximately 18CAD price. I received a leg and two halves of a thigh piece. I had to ask for a refund. Even the manager admitted to me and another customer that KFC cuts the pieces in half to save money. I went to the Churches next door and bought their three piece meal for about 15CAD and received a leg and two magnificent whole bone in thighs with fries, a drinks and a biscuit! Canadians need to wake up to these third world practices.
