  I left this location feeling extremely upset and uncomfortable. I came in around 8:30 PM and was told I was not allowed to sit down, while other customers were clearly seated and eating at the same time. No explanation was given, and I was made to feel singled out and unwelcome. On top of that, my order was missing sauces and the chicken tenders tasted like plastic and had little to no batter on them. This was not just disappointing it felt unfair and embarrassing. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be treated this way especially when spending upwards of $70.

  long waiting time caused by a shortage of staff. The delay was inconvenient and affected the quality of service. I hope this issue will be addressed to prevent future occurrences.

  This store already has a 2-star rating, and after my experience, it’s clear why. One employee named Nayan is extremely rude and unprofessional. He talks disrespectfully to customers and behaves as if helping people is a problem. Because of his attitude, the entire store’s reputation is suffering. A single employee should not be the reason customers leave upset, but that’s exactly what’s happening here. Management needs to step in immediately. I would not recommend this location until this issue is addressed. This deserves zero i am gonna sue this restaurant now because of this manager

  Worst experience ever at this KFC. One employee named Niyan was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping customers, he was talking badly, using an aggressive tone, and showing zero professionalism. Customers deserve basic respect, but the way he spoke made it feel like we were being insulted for simply asking questions. This kind of behavior completely ruins the experience and gives KFC a bad name. Management seriously needs to train staff on how to talk to customers or take action, because this attitude is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

  ZERO stars! Stopped by this KFC after being at the arena and, unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. You’re essentially forced to order through the kiosks, even when the machines are clearly not working properly. I struggled with my order and went to the cashier for help, only to be told she couldn’t assist and that I had to use the kiosk anyway. That alone wasted about 15 minutes. I should’ve listened to my son; he warned me this was the worst KFC in Toronto. I thought he was exaggerating. He wasn’t. We ended up leaving and went to our regular KFC at Main & Danforth, which continues to be the best location in the city. Smooth ordering, helpful staff, and exactly how a fast-food experience should be. Night and day difference.
