- PFPreethu FrancisFeb 16, 20261.0We visited the KFC Kingston Rd branch today . We ordered a small popcorn, 2 Matty Melt sliders, hot wings, tenders, and fries. Unfortunately, the tenders and sliders were extremely salty to the point that we couldn’t eat , and throw it away. We raised the issue with one of the staff members, but she seemed least bothered. She mentioned that they often receive feedback that the food is too salty and said there was nothing they could do about it. That response was very disappointing and unprofessional. Very irresponsible attitude towards customer feedback. We expected better quality and service. Please be cautious before ordering these items from this branch.

Not only did we get it 30 minutes past the deadline but it was also swimming in grease. I pulled out all the chicken and there was literally a pool of grease at the bottom and every chicken piece was dripping and soggy. Not one piece was crispy. It's as if they emptied the deep frier straight into the bucket. I will never order from KFC again and just a warning for everybody else... save your money and go elsewhere. If this is their standard then I don't want it. KFC holds a lot of memories for us growing up. However they're all destroyed for us now because the quality and service went absolutely downhill. The original owner would be turning in his grave.
