There was a lady wearing specs black hair white skin, she called herself to be the manager and was very rude and arrogant with so much attitude . She doesn't even how to speak politely to the customers how come they gave her the manager responsibilities so pathetic . Please teach her some basic manners how to deal with customers .

KFC had no chicken. Popcorn or nothing.
No broken machine, no explanation.
Kentucky Fried Chicken has no chicken at lunch , in a mall.
Maybe I should have ordered Butter chicken.
