The staff greeted me with smiles and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted. The fries were fresh and the gravy was rich and flavorful. The restaurant was spotless and even the washroom was clean. It’s great to see a KFC maintaining such high standards. I’ll definitely be coming back often.

I ordered online it says ready she asked me to come 15 mins later. When I went she didn’t give me any napkins or ketchup. Which was clearly mentioned in my order I picked up my order which was already ready but she gave me 1 ketchup and no napkins when I asked she behaved very rudely with me as if she’s paying out of her pocket. And telling me ketchup and napkins you should add in the order which I already did and she said no you didn’t I didn’t see that. That’s not my fault if she doesn’t know how to see the receipt or pack the order. I work in customer service industry. This girl seriously needs to learn how to give proper customer service. Never coming to this location again and asking my friends and family to not to come here.

We had to go again and again and ask for forks, plates ( which they didn’t give ) and they gave very less napkins too. Overall very bad service as compared to my previous KFC experience. This is the second time in a month with this bad experience at this location 🤷🏻♂️
