  Yo, yesterday we slid through Kelly’s Landing and fam — the spot was live but proper, you get me? Place was full of happy faces, bare good energy, no chaos. Music was vibey — loud enough to set the mood, but not blasting your ears off like a downtown madness. No long wait either, which is rare for a place moving like that. Staff? Super bless — smiling, welcoming, treating people proper. Menu had bare options too, still. I went for the tuna tartare — lowkey, it didn’t hit the way it was supposed to. But listen… no stress. Because the stone-baked pizza that came after? Different level. Absolute heater. Man crushed that with zero regrets. Now here’s the real part — Bar Manager Jade? Certified beauty. She clocked the tuna situation without any drama, took it off the bill right away, apologized with a big smile, handled it like a pro. That’s how you run a spot. If you’re steaming through the city, catching a train at Union, just hopped off one, or you’re looking for a warm, cozy place to kick back and decompress — this is the move. Real talk — good vibes, good people, and they stand behind what they serve. Kelly’s Landing — say less, just go.

  This place was great! I wasn’t sure at first, but I was meeting my girlfriends and had no choice really! I am so happy they picked this place as the service was impeccable and the food was also so delicious! I had the margarita pizza as was suggested by our server Sara! My girlfriends had the landing burger and the bacon burger. Sara was so attentive and also helped us pick out a nice bottle of red wine! Sara has a great sense of humour as well, she made us laugh and is so witty! She made the experience that much better. I will definitely return, to try the gnocchi as it’s sounds amazing! This place has a nice atmosphere and the prices are on point! Go here if you get the opportunity! Sticky toffee pudding rules!

  Sara made our entire dining experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. She anticipated our needs without being intrusive, handled requests smoothly, and kept a great attitude even when things got busy. Her menu knowledge and recommendations were spot-on, and she checked in at just the right moments to make sure we were enjoying everything. Service like this turns a simple meal into a memorable outing. Sara’s professionalism, energy, and attention to detail really stood out.   I came with my friends today for a celebration and was disappointed with the service. We were told by our first server that the calamari did not contain any eggs (one of us has a severe allergy) as long as the aioli was not touched. Then he left to give us time to look at the rest of the menu and never returned. We waited 30 mins for someone to stop by and had to glad down a busser to grab an actual server. The lady that came did not seem like she like she wanted to serve us and was rather passive when taking our order. We brought up the allergy to her again regarding the calamari and was told she would go check, coming back to say that it DOES contain eggs, rather rudely too when we brought up that a previous staff member told us the opposite. This would’ve been extremely dangerous for our friend, so the lack of training and knowledge of their staff is pretty surprising. She was also on her phone walking around the entire time and we were never checked in on once, except for a sweet busser that got our check and everything. We waited more than an hour total to place our order and to get our food, all for it to be mediocre at best, especially for the price.

  Unnecessary attitude from the server, waited an extremely long time to be served. Have an extreme allergy at the table to which our first server said everything we wanted to order was in the clear. Our server then disappeared and when ordering only when double checking with our new server did we find out it actually was not safe for the person at the table with an allergy. The food took forever to come out to the point we were debating leaving to take a good time elsewhere. I honestly don’t expect good service everywhere I go, the bar is low. But wow, kelly’s landing sure blew this bar right through the ground. While our party enjoyed our times here amongst good company we will gladly take our money elsewhere, especially at this ridiculous price point. I recommend y’all do the same.
