Me and my boyfriend have had ongoing issues with this location and the last straw was last night when I found out the meat in my Angus burger was raw! I called the location and they didnt seem surprised or concerned about it st all. They offered a refund with receipt if my boyfriend walked back over in the freezing cold. No apologies whatsoever. I will be contacting the Health Department regarding this.

They gave us disgusting and old fries which we returned and asked for new ones and then one of the fries was raw in the poutine. They charged us 7 dollars from Swiss chalet for donuts when it’s 3 dollars from Harveys which is the biggest scam I have ever heard. What’s the price difference we asked? 2 more donuts and dipping sauce. The angus burger was ok but the cheese wasn’t melted, the pickles and tomatoes looked old and sitting all day as well. The staff really tried but this was just bad from start to finish. Not to mention we saw them not wear gloves when touching some of the machines where clearly the food is. Would not be surprised if they close down when shake shack, McDonald’s, and burger priest are all around the corner.
