The chicken was dry, the sides were cold, and overall it tasted like it had been prepared long before delivery. What made it worse is that when I contacted the restaurant about the issue, the response wasn’t helpful at all. There was no apology or effort to make things right. For the price and reputation of Swiss Chalet, this was extremely frustrating. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Fortunately this location gets it ✅ In terms of atmosphere, the seating is plentiful and has always been available when I’ve gone. Staff sometimes hand out coupons 🤤 but there is one standout person I’m sure everyone that visits this location can agree is their favourite person. She understands customer service 👏👏👏 Smile, clear communication, gratitude. Sets the bar HIGH. Will come back to this review with her name 📍
