I had to follow up and ask for an update on my order. I was then given a warm drink and when I asked if I could exchange for a cold drink I was asked "is it not cold enough for you?" The person then touched the bottle and went to get one from the fridge. I will not be back.

There is a larger, dark skin woman who is very unprofessional and puts the toppings on your order like its garbage. Shes also putting other staff down in front of customers. So unprofessional. I hate going there now so I stopped. Food is supposed to be handled with love not like your eating out of a garbage bin. To the managers, be mindful whom you're hiring. It makes such a difference when food is being handled. There was another young woman, not sure if she is of Hispanic background but she looked like she hated her job. Horrible location. People have pride where you eat. We are very privileged in Canada to have all these resources and access to all this.
