    I rarely post reviews on Google, but this situation cannot be ignored. Before writing, I checked whether others had reported similar issues, and yes, there are multiple complaints that have clearly been disregarded. So this is not an isolated incident. I visited last Friday evening and sat in the enclosed outdoor area, where I saw rats moving freely on the floor. This wasn’t a quick, accidental sighting, at least three rats, comfortably settled around the tables as if they belonged there. This is not something that happens overnight. It clearly indicates ongoing lack of sanitation and no proper pest control. Trying to give the place a chance, I moved to the indoor area. It was no better. Flies everywhere (at night!), and water bottles that looked poorly cleaned. The most basic requirement, cleanliness, simply does not exist here. Any restaurant serving food is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment. This is not a detail. It’s not optional. It’s the minimum. And since previous reviews mention the same issues, it’s evident that the restaurant knows but chooses not to fix it. This is not just a lack of hygiene, it’s a lack of respect.

    After an event, a group of us slowly arrived to the restaurant. Our server, Rachel, graciuosly accommodated our expanding group. Her service was very attentive and our food arrived promptly. Because of Rachel's amazing service we will definitely becoming back again.

    The service was fantastic. Our server, vegan Rachel, was friendly, helpful and so pleasantly funny. She refilled the water regularly and checked to see if we needed anything else. The dragon fries and Brussel sprouts were perfectly flavoured. We’ll be back for more delicious vegan food.

    Awesome restaurant. We tried the new dishes including the brussels sprouts. Totally melt in your mouth. Black sesame seed smoothie with spirulina is incredible. And the best server ever. Rachel. So pleasant, so professional, all servers should be like this.👌

    The service is nice, which is why I regret to say that the food is subpar. Fresh used to be a place where I go for healthier vegan food, but now the restaurant, maybe just this location, serves dishes that are no better than home cooked meals. Flavorless, thoughtless, poor presentation…honestly surprised to see how much things have changed over the years.
