She put me on hold and came back and said she spoke to my manger and he said no we can’t add the free one!! So you are advertising a special but not honouring it?!? Makes sense! My 1 cheeseburger meal arrived .. fries were stale and old, cheeseburger didn’t have the correct toppings. Needless to say this will be LAST time I ever order from this place: Terrible customer service and terrible food.
