  Delicious! Got chicken strips and lemonade. The portion size was super generous, server was friendly, service was really fast, and the overall atmosphere was really nice.

  Very large space, we reserved just to make sure we had a table. There is no parking at the restaurant but there are maybe paid parking lots in the area. They have some authentic English dishes and the usual pub fare. We had tried their hamburger, steak pie, Reuben sandwich. All were tasty! Service was fast considering how busy they were.

  We had a matinee show at Roy Thomson Hall and decided to try this pub since it was just seconds away within walking distance. I’ve always wanted to try this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. My eyes were hungrier than my stomach, but with the help of our lovely server (I forgot to ask her name — she had blonde hair and black-framed glasses), she recommended that I order the flight of pies. It was delicious, and for someone who loves savory pies, it was a hit. We also ordered a few apps — the sausage roll and feta dip — ending with a brownie for dessert. Overall, I would definitely come back. The customer service and vibe were on point.

  Second time we visited. The menu is not just pub food. As a seafood lover I had their fish tacos. They have awesome salmon steaks and their French Onion Soup is astounding. I had their bread pudding for dessert (not that I needed it) Veronica was a great server and the other staff work as a team. We went to a concert at Roy Thompson Hall which we have a subscription to right across the street so, we will be back!

  My family and I were in the area and stopped in for a quick snack since we’ve been here before and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The food was soggy and greasy, and it seemed like the fryer oil hadn’t been changed in a while. When we mentioned it to our server, nothing was done, and her response felt a bit snappy, which was surprising since she had been very friendly earlier. We still tipped well because this has never happened to us before, but overall the experience was unfortunately tarnished.
