The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it perfect for a relaxing meal. A special thank you to Inisha for the outstanding service — she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude truly made our night even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be coming back

Everyone was given to-go boxes for their leftovers but our waitress told the 2 with the all you can eat theirs had to be thrown out. Spiteful practice throwing perfectly good food in the garbage. Will not be going back. Also wasn't aware we couldn't use the CAA 10% off on the bill because of the 2. Maybe if these points were communicated? But just overall made for an extremely uncomfortable experience for our entire table.

Food was standard good East Side Mario's food and it was hot, fast and plentiful. But the standout was our server Betsy - they need to give this woman a raise and a medal immediately. She was hustling as hard as a server can hustle on a ridiculous Saturday night, she went above and beyond for our small table while doing the same for a group of 15 next door, and she even helped me to accommodate my semi picky daughter. Betsy is a joy and she's worth her weight in gold.

From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and had a great sense of humor that made the meal even more enjoyable. She kept the endless salad and breadsticks coming without us even having to ask, and she made sure our entrees were exactly to our liking. It’s rare to find service this genuine and efficient. If you’re stopping by the Dufferin and Steeles location, definitely ask for Betsy—she’s a total pro!

I went with the baked salmon and as with most entrees comes with free soup, salad and garlic bread. What a deal! And the desserts are great too. Little one had spaghetti dinner, special drink (Rainbow Shirley) and a free desert. Overall I was very impressed with the value (quality and quantity you get). And the service was top notch we had Mahsa M, she was friendly, approachable, very timely, great with kids and simply a delight. It was a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back despite it being a little ways for us to get to. Thank you Mahsa M! Thank you East Side Mario’s!
