  We had such a lovely lunch - just had to leave a review! We’ve been to other East Side Mario’s locations, but this one truly stood out. Jashan and Betsy were so attentive and personable—we were seated and served right away, which was perfect since we were in a bit of a rush. I was with my two nieces, and they both said they loved this location. East Side Mario’s is my niece’s favorite restaurant, and she begged to stop when we drove by. I’m so glad we did—we had a great meal, great service, and were in and out in no time. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for friendly service and a smooth, enjoyable dining experience!

  I had such a great experience thanks to our waiter Derek! Not only was he incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, but he also had a fantastic sense of humor that made the whole meal even more enjoyable. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and keeping things light and fun! If you get the chance, definitely ask for him; he truly makes the dining experience unforgettable!

  I recently visited the East Side Mario's at Dufferin & Steeles, and I have to say it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The food was absolutely delicious from the endless soup or salad and warm garlic loaf, to the flavorful pastas and classic Italian entrees. Everything tased fresh, comforting, and perfectly cooked. We ordered a mix of dishes, including chicken parmesan, pasta with Alfredo sauce, and some of their signature Italian classics, and each plate was full of flavour. The portions were generous, and everything arrived hot and beautifully presented. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our server, Inisha. She is honestly amazing at what she does. From moment we were seated, she greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness. Throughout the entire meal, she was incredibly attentive, checking in at perfect moments, refilling drinks without us having to ask, and making sure we were completely satisfied with our order. Even through the restaurant was busy, she handled every table with professionalism and ease. Her positive attitude, patience, and friendly personality really stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and wants them to have a great experience. She recommended items with confidence, explained the menu clearly, and made us feel valued and welcomed. Thanks to Inisha's outstanding service and the delicious food, our evening was truly wonderful. East Side Mario's is lucky to have someone like her on their team. We will definitely be returning and we'll be requesting Inisha every time. Highly recommend!!

  The server Tennison was very friendly and accommodating. She let us change table since we like booths. She let us change our iced tea for a Pepsi because we didn’t know that kids also has drinks which is iced tea. Even she was busy she still manages to smile and check on us. Food was awesome and also the atmosphere. It is very kids friendly.

  Shocked is all I can say. We ordered through ubereats; everything arrived which was awesome but let's get to the food. Keep in mind we are not from here- we have one location in our city that is phenomenal so we were looking forward to trying a new location in another city. Disappointed to say the LEAST- 3 of us ordered the 'make your own pasta" and what showed up was a joke. 3 different dishes with absolutely no sauce on it. I got the tomato soup, which was the only thing edible in our order, and even that was cold and tasted old. There was no cutlery, no butter, no parm. We couldn't even eat the pasta as it smelled almost sour. In conclusion, do NOT waste your time or your money at this location. Horrible 😭
