After getting my food, I discovered what looked like to me a baby roach (or a similar type of bug) at the bottom of my burger box running around. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. I immediately went inside to let the staff know and received a refund, which I do appreciate. However, the experience completely ruined my appetite and made me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment. People should be very careful eating here — this was not just a minor issue but a serious hygiene concern. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously and addresses their sanitation practices before serving any more customers.
