The place was almost completely empty, yet our group of eight was told that if we wanted to sit at a regular table, our bill would have to be on one tab plus they would automatically add a 20% service fee. The alternative they offered was to seat us at a high-top table, where we could pay separately and avoid the mandatory gratuity. What made the situation even more surprising was when our group went from six people to eight — the server actually had to get manager approval just to bring over two extra chairs in an empty restaurant. For a venue inside the Four Seasons, the experience felt unnecessarily rigid and far from the level of hospitality you’d expect. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet the standards we associate with the brand.

- PSPERO SOLINOct 16, 20255.0I probably shouldn't admit to this, but I was with a client, and we found it necessary to stop for a quick drink while duscussing real estate and what we've seen that day and what we were going to see for the rest of the day. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they took the initiative to find out how to make a drink that they weren't familiar with. The army and navy with tequila turned out just splendid and my client, who had never tried it before, was very satisfied with the drink recommendation. Looking forward to the next D bar rendezvous
