  Can’t skip a good martini here. They used to have a really good tres leches, and now these ones just don’t cut it…please bring back the old ones!

  I recently visited d|bar at the Four Seasons Toronto, and once again, it lived up to its reputation as one of the best spots in Yorkville. Being right on the ground level of the hotel gives it that perfect blend of high-end luxury and high-energy atmosphere. The service was top-tier thanks to our server Gabriel, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. He truly went above and beyond and deserves a raise for making the experience so seamless! As for the food, the kitchen is firing on all cylinders. We tried the crispy pork belly, octopus, shishito peppers, and the beef tartare, and every single dish was fantastic. The environment is giving in every sense of the word; the vibe was great like always, and the entire place is kept to a high standard, including very clean restrooms. If you are looking for a chic and delicious experience in the heart of Toronto, d|bar is the place to be. I will definitely be back!

  Above and beyond customer service from minseo. Really remarkable. Had an allergy free parfait made for me in the morning after learning I was allergic to nuts the day before. Extraordinary. Four seasons should be proud to have her

  This is a really nice place for food and drinks. The girl at the front desk was the only blemish on exceptional friendly service from everyone who came to our table. Our server Emilay could not do enough for us and such a nice personality. We stopped by for drinks and snacks and are definitely going back

  The dessert selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of beautifully executed options. The beverage menu, by comparison, felt more limited. We visited during our hotel stay, and from coat check to table setting, it was clear that a great deal of care goes into the overall guest experience. The attention to detail was noticeable and appreciated. However, the initial water served had a strong fishy odor, which was quite off-putting. We were told it may have been related to the dishwasher, but it would be worth rechecking the glass-drying process as well as the quality of the complimentary drinking water. The creme brulee and cheesecake were exceptional—easily among the best we’ve had—and truly lived up to the quality expected from Four Seasons. I ordered an iced Americano but was served an iced brewed coffee instead, which was disappointing. As it was a very busy time, I chose not to raise the issue then. Overall, the desserts are consistently strong and memorable. Some additional attention to beverage quality and accuracy would help bring the entire experience to the same high standard.
