We visited during our hotel stay, and from coat check to table setting, it was clear that a great deal of care goes into the overall guest experience. The attention to detail was noticeable and appreciated. However, the initial water served had a strong fishy odor, which was quite off-putting. We were told it may have been related to the dishwasher, but it would be worth rechecking the glass-drying process as well as the quality of the complimentary drinking water. The creme brulee and cheesecake were exceptional—easily among the best we’ve had—and truly lived up to the quality expected from Four Seasons. I ordered an iced Americano but was served an iced brewed coffee instead, which was disappointing. As it was a very busy time, I chose not to raise the issue then. Overall, the desserts are consistently strong and memorable. Some additional attention to beverage quality and accuracy would help bring the entire experience to the same high standard.
