- NWNik Warrier1 day ago1.0This is first time I went into Chipotle to order. To be honest, this store is going to take the brand down. I ordered half and half and specifically asked for it as the person said if we add extra protein, they will charge me extra. So they gave me half and half, but they decided to charge me for extra protein. So what I got is a rip off, half the quantity for more the price. Just look at the bill and the quantity. I am never going back to this store and I have made a very bad impression of Chipotle. I want to give negative stars, but since it is not possible, I have given 1 star, but this does not reflect how bad the whole experience is.

The only chipotle have been to where the ingredients haven't been topped up and prepared in advance..have to wait 5 minutes for beans to be prepared? Moreover, my pre order didn't register. I arrived expecting to pay for my food and instead advised the order simply didn't show up after showing clearly the confirmation on my phone. No apology. Simply repetition that it's not in their system. This location is embarrassing chipotle which is extremely consistent across every location. Please do better or stop falsely representing yourself as chipotle.
- RLRobin Lennox3 days ago1.0Very long wait times if you order online. So many angry uber guys waiting, they must have had 20+ unmade mobile orders. Meanwhile if you walk in and order at the counter you get served instantly. The mobile order side of the kitchen had like 5 staff who didn’t know what to do. They need to manage the online orders and not tell customers it will be ready in 10 minutes if it will actually be 30-40 minutes. By the time I actually got a bag of food, they gave me someone else’s order with the same name as me so it was completely wrong…
- ALAddison Ladouceur3 days ago1.0Ive been here twice since its opened hoping that it would be better the second time but it’s such a disappointment. The first time I went all the workers were unorganised and stingy with proportions and the second time I ordered online. When i ordered the delivery man had to wait 10 minutes because they hadn’t even made it yet. They forgot my corn, cheese, and choice of protein. The bowl wasn’t even half full and it only had rice beans and guacamole. This was very disappointing and wont be returning.
- RCRachel Cunningham5 days ago1.0So this location just opened so I decided I’m gonna go down there and get myself some dinner first two people in front of me ordering their food are getting like a little scoop of rice and I’m thinking oh hell no so I ordered mine and sure enough I get a little scoop of rice. I have to tell them to give me some more rice. What do you think people are paying for with one little tiny scoop of rice that’s not gonna fill anybody up not even a fraction. You guys need to get it together and start giving people the proper portions of food. I’ll gladly change my rating to a five star when you guys start giving out an adequate amount of rice.
