  We order from uber eats and the portion of the bowl is so less rice ,cheese and sour cream i can barely see before at other locations we tried the portions is good its looks full never gonna go next time

  The logic of this establishment is very interesting. I ordered takeout and asked where the restroom was. They said the restroom was for customers only. So if I ordered takeout, I'm not a customer? The Indian woman replied. Absolute nonsense.

  I hate leaving negative reviews and I really hope management sees this and makes some changes because I love Chipotle and was so excited when I saw this location was opening a couple of blocks away from my house. But unfortunately, I've tried 3 times and for some reason the portion sizes (specially the protein) are considerable smaller than other Chipotle locations and the price is the same. I'm now back to ordering from another Chipotle located 40 minutes away. This shouldn't be happening because all locations should follow the same guidelines.

  This was my first time trying Chipotle, I ordered the Carne Asada and the serving of it was good for two persons. The Manager named Jessamine greeted us with a bright smile and served us a fresh Carne Asada. She was also kind enough to help us on choosing which sides are the best to pair the Carne Asada. Thank you, Manager Jessamine! We are looking forward to meet you again on our next visit!

  Obviously this location was built and staffed to be a takeout or delivery location. I have been here twice. The first time the staff were unable to understand basic instructions and one of them had almost no comprehension of English. Which is okay but that does cause some communication issues. I received items in my bowl I didn’t ask for and the staff just seemed to want to be anywhere but there. Which is fine, it’s work but still it’s a job and the least they can do is actually do the job they have been hired to do. The second time was at 6pm on a Wednesday and they had no meat. Like none, for anything. The odd part is the young women who was I believe to be in charge of making the meat was busy dancing and making a TikTok while the restaurant had no meat. The young man working also didn’t seem very interested in informing anyone that they had no stock in the front to make anything. I left because why would you be open if you don’t have anything to serve. Aside from that there is almost no seating and if you do seat you will have the people in the line literally on top of you. It’s very loud and the kitchen takes up 90% of restaurant. Overall a very poor experience on both occasions. I wouldn’t go again and I doubt things will improve at this location.
