  Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The female staff were rude and unprofessional, and their attitude made me feel like I was begging for food rather than paying for a meal. The portions were extremely small, and everything was added reluctantly. For the price charged, this level of service and portion size is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and ensure customers are treated with respect and served fair portions.

  Not sure what happened. Asked for a salad and some rice on the side. The servers were confused. Said they couldn’t do that. I said I would pay extra, no biggie. The manager came over and said the staff are trained to follow “corporate policy” and that does not include rice on the side. lol all good no problem! I paid 0.45 for a tortilla on the side. I ended up having to pack my own bag as the manager didn’t seem interested in fulfilling her duties of bag packing. In the chaos I didn’t notice they didn’t put my kids chip bag or my large chips and guacamole in the bag. Just a garbage attitude for customer service. Poor execution. Food was alright. Terrible service. Make sure you triple check the bag before leaving and don’t ask too many questions or the manager may give you the stink eye ;)

  Everything about this place is amazing. This was my second visit and YES I will be returning. Each time that I visited, I ordered the bowl. The first time I order the Chicken bowl and on my recent visit, I ordered the Carne Asada. The portions are great. Enough for me and the food is delicious. The spice level is exactly as I requested. What I loved about the place is that as soon as you reach the counter, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is clean and there are a lot of seats available.

  This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I walk in and notice half of the workers are sitting in the eating area eating leaving only 1 person to make and serve the food. There was a large line and only one worker. The worker proceeds to overload my burrito and broke it fully while trying to wrap it and made it seem like it was my fault for ordering too much. I ordered everything he asked me I wanted. He didn’t offer to remake it and just wrapped it with another wrap to then break it again and then folded it in the foil and called it a day. Horrible experience as my entire burrito fell apart when I opened it up to eat it. For how much I’m paying to eat here I was very disappointed with the service.

  If Google ever allows more than 5 stars, this Chipotle is getting all 7 from me no hesitation. This was my first time ordering online through the Chipotle app. I normally never bother with it, but today I thought, “Let me see if there are any perks.” And guess what? There were FREE guac topping, which is almost unheard of because we all know guac is always extra! That alone already put me in a good mood. I’ve been eating Chipotle for seven to eight years, ever since I moved to Canada, and I’ve always appreciated their consistency healthy, tasty, filling, and reliable. Today, this particular location reminded me exactly why I became such a loyal fan in the first place. When I arrived, I noticed right away that this outlet seems pretty new, with a team of younger staff who all looked fresh, energetic, and focused. Even though they were clearly short-staffed and busy with several online orders and walk-ins at once, the atmosphere still felt organized and professional. I could see the girl preparing my bowl, and even though she was juggling multiple digital orders, she still took the time to pay attention to mine. I had quite a few customization requests—actually, “a lot” is an understatement. I asked for extra cheese, extra sour cream, extra salsa, extra everything. And here’s where this location truly impressed me: In all the 7–8 years I’ve been eating Chipotle, this is the first time a location has been this generous and accommodating with my customization. No hesitation, no attitude, no “that’s too much” just friendly service and a perfectly built bowl. It honestly made my day. The restaurant itself was very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I didn’t even wait to go home I sat down and ate right there because the bowl looked too good to carry away. Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. Even though the staff didn’t have time to chat (they were clearly hustling), you could tell they were hardworking, polite, and committed to giving customers a good experience. Huge credit to the owner or manager you’ve hired a great team, and it shows. I’ll be moving out of the area soon, but honestly, if I don’t find another Chipotle that matches this level of consistency and generosity, I might just drive all the way from Scarborough just to eat here again. That’s how much I enjoyed it. To the team: Amazing food, great proportions, excellent customization, clean restaurant, and just overall fantastic service. I genuinely wish I could give this place 7 stars. ⭐️ And hey, if you’re ever hiring weekend help… let me know. (Kidding... Maybe😄)
