  Chipotle, the portion of your one scoop of chicken that your employees at this location barely fill up when scooping for $5+ is outrageous. For a customer like me that only ever orders a chicken quesadilla and doesn’t care much for the sides, I’ll basically be paying $14 for a barely filled scoop of chicken and cheese which seems disproportionate The service always feels rushed even when there isn’t a line. I work in a fast paced restaurant so I understand if you want to rush through the line to serve as many customers as possible but you need to do better. Service and portion wise for the protein. Thank you.

  WORST CHIPOTLE in the GTA. Unfortunately the chicken was cut into slices and burnt. Not satisfied at all. Worst taste I’ve ever had @ Chipotle. Sorry to say that, hope they improve but doubt it with the current group. Unfriendly service from the get go. Almost unhappy to see you. Business is about satisfying everyone that decides to visit! Almost every table in the Lobby area is occupied with trash. Nobody has tended to it in hours obviously. I understand food is tough work, but seeing them all do the absolute minimum is SO DISAPPOINTING!

  I’ve come here nearly every day (sometimes twice a day) for the last four years and I’ve watched you slowly reduce the amount of food while increasing the price. For a while it was understandable, but now, walking away with a half full bowl where you skimp on even the cheapest ingredients (ie rice) is hard to justify. Especially when there’s now a Poulet Rouge in the Eaton centre and their bowls are overflowing, every single time, for the same price.

  usually like coming here the food consistently tastes good and service is pretty quick. but fast service comes w ill payoff when i get undrained beans and super wet mild pico making for a soggy bowl. didn’t want lettuce but the person on the line put it on anyways cuz i was looking towards the general vicinity of it. only didn’t ask them to remake it because i don’t like wasting food or holding up the line which seems to be their largest priority (which i understand during a lunch rush), however it’s still not acceptable to have undrained food to save on time. also wanted guac but was so rushed i didn’t even get a chance to ask them as they had moved on with like 2 other customers before i could open my mouth.
